This meeting was organized in accordance with the regulations of the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning. Regarding to the preparation of environmental impact analysis reports must follow the law under Act of Promotion and Preservation of National Environmental Quality in 1992; referred to section 46, an environmental impact analysis report must be made which will be required by to EIA regulation.
